All contractors who perform offshore work for these operators must be certified. SafeLandUSA Training SafeLandUSA has just been released to continuously improve training standards for the US Land contractor community. Spill Management Training The Spill Management Training Course is designed to meet the MMS requirements for annual spill management team training, as well as training requirements for Qualified Individuals.
