MMS Announces a Change in Fee for Alabama Consistency Certification

MMS advised JCC today that as of November 14, 2006, permits requiring State of Alabama Coastal Zone Consistency Certifications will be charged a new rate. The fee has increased from $2590.00 to $2,770.00.
