Marine Trash & Debris Email Address Problem

There has been a problem with our clients attempting to send their Annual Marine Trash &
Debris Certification Letters to the email address published in our Regulatory Alert dated
January 26, 2007. We spoke to Pat Roscigno at the MMS GOMR this morning (he handles
that program) and found that the address we listed, trashanddebris@mms.gov, is correct. Pat
thinks that the email mailbox is probably overloaded causing the notes to be rejected. In the
mean time he recommends that the letters be sent directly to him at
pasquale.roscigno@mms.gov
with a return receipt request.
