Regulatory Alerts are notifications produced by various departments within JCC
to advise clients of a regulatory topic of immediate concern.
Topics may be derived from agency publications, e.g., Federal Registers, state registers,
Memorandums of Understanding, etc. Safety Alerts are oftentimes triggered by an accident or
other event in the field.
