SafeGulf & SafeLandUSA Training Mandatory Safety Training for Contractors SafeGulf is the basic safety training standard developed by four major offshore oil companies: BP, Shell, Chevron and Exxon. All contractors who perform offshore work for these operators must be certified. SafeLandUSA has just been released to continuously improve training standards for the US Land contractor community.
