Hurrican Rita – JCC Offices Update
In preparation for Hurricane Rita, we have decided to close the office on
Thursday and Friday, September 22nd & 23rd. If the storm does not result in
the loss of power, we’ll make an assessment of any damage on Sunday but
will most likely be open for business on Monday morning. In anticipation of
the storm, we have implemented our Continuity of Business Plan. If there
is severe damage or widespread electricity outages, we will be able to
provide continuous service from the offsite location in College Station.
Our temporary operations will be running out of the Homewood Suites, 950
University Drive East, College Station, TX 77840, Phone: (979) 846-0400,
Fax: (979) 846-0700. Rooms are under the name of Bea Stong or Fred
Sparks. Our systems will be operational at this location sometime
Thursday night.
Our office phones will be forwarded to the answering service and routed
accordingly. The answering service has emergency back-up power, so we
expect our number to work even if the power goes out. If you cannot get
