Outage of Pay.Gov for electronic fee payments, Friday, September 28, 2007; through Sunday, September 30, 2007

Due to fiscal year-end close, MMS will disable Pay.Gov forms for the last three days of the fiscal year. Pay.Gov forms will be disabled from 12:01 a.m., Friday, September 28, 2007; to 11:59 p.m., Sunday, September 30, 2007. This outage will affect Pay.Gov interactive payments through eWell.

MMS suggests that companies pay application fees in advance of the blackout period, or wait until Monday, October 1, 2007. If an emergency situation arises, verbal approvals will be issued as provided in 30 CFR 250.125(c).
