Revised Designation of Operator Form

This alert is intended to advise J. Connor Consulting, Inc. (JCC) clients that
the Mineral Management Service (MMS) had revised the Designation of Operator Form
MMS-1123 effective February 2005. Designations received by MMS on or after
April 15, 2005, must be on the revised form.
