U.S. Coast Guard Urges Increased Security
Vigilance For Offshore Platforms

U.S. Coast Guard Marine Safety Office New Orleans, Louisiana has issued
a Marine Safety Bulletin (attached) intended to alert readers to the
potential of the use of offshore platforms, especially unmanned
platforms, as staging points for terrorist operations.
To report suspicious or criminal activities call the National Response
Center at 1-800-424-8802.
