E-Pipes
E-Pipes is JCC’s web-based Operations & Maintenance (O&M) tracking and audit system. This pipeline records tracking system maintains all O&M testing and inspection records required to comply with the DOT’s minimum safety requirements. The system prompts designated operations personnel to alert them of upcoming actions, and will also alert management to any past due requirements. JCC maintains a secure database of completed records and inspections, as well as hardcopy files. JCC maintains all files in an “audit-ready” format, and will participate on the client’s behalf in any agency regulatory audits. The system also includes tracking and maintenance of all Operator Qualification records for your employees as well as contractors. All records are accessible by the client on a 24-hour basis via JCC’s secure E-Plans Website.
