The Company
J. Connor Consulting, Inc. (JCC) is a regulatory consulting firm specializing in the onshore and offshore Gulf of Mexico regulatory process, preparation of user-friendly incident response plans, safety and environmental services and facilitation of comprehensive oil spill response training/drills to oil and gas companies and pipeline operators.

Our History
Created in 1981 as a strategic partner of oil and gas companies to obtain permits and assist with regulatory compliance, JCC has grown to over 100 clients including independent and major operators. In 1984, JCC began developing oil spill response plans and training programs to meet the regulatory and environmental challenges confronting the oil and gas industry. With our exceptional team of regulatory, environmental and safety experts, JCC is widely recognized as the leader in the field of regulatory compliance and oil spill planning and preparedness.
