Pamela Grantham - JCCTeam.com | | | | Vice President - State Regulatory Services | | Pamela has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in onshore and state waters regulatory compliance. Her areas of expertise include regulatory project management, federal, state, and local agency coordination, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)/Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) waste water management, and all other aspects of regulatory and environmental permitting for exploration and production within Louisiana and Texas.
Pamela is responsible for assisting oil and gas operators with section 10 and section 404 COE permits for wells, flowline and facilities, permits to drill (federal, state, and local), saltwater disposal wells, surface and downhole commingling, well abandonment and site clearance, regulatory and environmental well monitoring, effluent discharge permits, and coordinating mitigation planning. She also conducts regulatory due diligence audits.
Her prior experience includes working for the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, the Louisiana Senate Natural Resources Committee, and several independent oil and gas operators. | |
