The Spill Management Training Course is designed to meet the BOEM/BSEE requirements for annual spill management team training and Qualified Individuals. The following topics will be covered:

Oil Spill Trajectory
Regulatory Update
OPA 90 Liability
Role of Government
Spill Reporting Requirements
Incident Command System
BOEM/BSEE Unannounced Exercise Program

For your convenience, we will hold classes at JCC's Houston office on the second Wednesday of every month (except January).

Per BOEM/BSEE's NTL 2006-G21, QI's must attend classroom training.
