The 2008 Class Schedule



The Spill Management Training Course is designed to meet the MMS requirements for annual spill management team training and Qualified Individuals. The following topics will be covered:

  • OPA 90 Liability
  • Role of Government
  • Spill Reporting Requirements
  • Incident Command System
  • MMS Unannounced Exercise Program

For your convenience, we will hold classes at JCC's Houston office on the second Wednesday of every month (except January).

Per MMS's NTL 2006-G21, QI's must attend classroom training.
