The Spill Management Training Course is designed to meet the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) requirements for annual Spill Management Team training, as well as training requirements for Qualified Individuals. The training covers Clean Gulf Associates (CGA) Equipment Updates, Oil Spill Trajectories, Spill Reporting Requirements, and much more.

The BOEMRE has issued a final rule that requires operators to develop and implement a Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS) to address oil and gas operations in the Outer Continental Shelf.
